Occupational Medical Center, Shelton, Ct, 2003-present. Main responsibilities include policy
development, management and coordination of worker’s compensation cases for the
hospital, regulation compliance and education. Major companies that I have
provided consultation to include: Unilever. Griffin Hospital has made Fortune
Magazine’s top 100 employer of the year for several years. It is a
City Physician-City of
Services provided include pre-placement evaluation for all new
city employees as well as injury evaluation and treatment and
fitness
for duty evaluations for non-work connected
injuries
and
illnesses. I have developed drug/alcohol policy for non-DOT employees. Provide Police/Firefighter exams
and injury case management.

is a hospital based occupational health program servicing approximately 400
employers in the

coordination and management of worker’s compensation cases, consultation to write
protocols for compliance with OSHA regulations, writing and collaborating with
these organizations on Drug and Alcohol policies for both regulated and
non-regulated testing. I also formed a
Consortium/TPA for local companies. I
reorganized the department of Occupational Health, increased the productivity,
revenues and brought the department and hospital in compliance with many new
government regulations at that time. I
worked closely with human resource managers of our client companies as well as
safety managers to strive for a reduction in lost time as a result of worker’s
injuries through the development of “modified duty” jobs. For many of the
